A new attraction in Nantan City, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan is dedicated to the importance of stuffed animals, or what Americans would call "plush toys" as opposed to taxidermy. It is Nuigurumi Jinja, referred to as the Holy Land of Mofumofu, a term that means soft, fluffy, and cuddly. The shrine is an extensive park wrapping through a forest, opening this summer.
